About & FAQ

Advanced Venturi Technology for Superior Live Well Aeration

We specialize in high-performance multi-ported Venturi systems engineered to deliver unmatched aeration for live wells and water systems. Our innovative design creates millions of microscopic air bubbles, dramatically increasing dissolved oxygen levels and keeping your bait and catch healthier, longer.

Engineered for Performance and Safety

Our engineered multi-ported Venturi is designed to introduce air (oxygen) into the water stream after the water passes through the pump. This critical feature ensures:

  • No impact on pump performance when air volume is properly metered

  • Maximum safety, especially when adding pure oxygen

  • Reliable, consistent airflow even in demanding conditions

Unlike systems that push oxygen through electro-mechanical devices (which can be extremely dangerous), our downstream aerator design allows you to safely introduce pure oxygen into your live well.

Powerful Air Suction – Even at Greater Depths

Our Venturi system generates exceptionally strong air suction, making it effective in tank depths of 4 feet or greater without reducing airflow. This ensures dependable aeration performance in a wide range of applications.

Proven to Deliver More Dissolved Oxygen

Independent testing shows that our multi-ported Venturi design delivers more dissolved oxygen in less time compared to leading competitors. By producing millions of microscopic bubbles, we maximize oxygen transfer efficiency, helping you maintain optimal water conditions quickly and effectively.

Flexible Solutions to Fit Your Needs

We offer:

  • Multiple models and sizes to match your specific system

  • Venturi retrofit kits to upgrade existing aerators

  • Custom solutions for various live well and tank configurations

Whether you're upgrading an existing setup or designing a new system, our Venturi technology provides a safe, efficient, and performance-driven solution.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I retrofit other bait tanks?

Yes. Our Venturi systems can be retrofitted to most bait tanks.

To install:

  • Drill a mounting hole through the divider wall between the filter compartment and the bait compartment.

    • 1-1/8" diameter hole for the LRV

    • 1-1/4" diameter hole for the LBRV

  • Position the hole on either side of the filter box, as close to the bottom as conveniently possible.

Installing the Venturi low in the tank allows the microscopic bubbles to remain in the water column longer. This increases dissolved oxygen transfer before the bubbles rise to the surface, maximizing aeration efficiency.

Where should the Venturi be located in relation to the recirculation pump?

The Venturi should always be installed downstream of the pump.

For best performance:

  • Position it as close as possible to where the water discharges back into the bait compartment.

  • The closer to the discharge point, the better the aeration performance.

Installing the Venturi downstream ensures safe operation and optimal oxygen delivery to your live well or bait tank.

How are the Venturi models sized?

Our Venturi models are designed to match specific pump flow rates (GPH – gallons per hour):

  • #5 Venturi – Designed for 350–500 GPH pumps

  • #8 Venturi – Designed for 750–800 GPH pumps

    • Also performs very well with 500 GPH pumps in tanks less than 36" deep

  • #11 Venturi – Designed for 1000–1100 GPH pumps

Selecting the correct Venturi size ensures maximum dissolved oxygen levels and optimal system performance.
